Web Design Background:
In 1996 Dustin Alcock at the age of only 12, owner of Seventh Design, developed his first web site after mastering HTML programming.  'Sweet Music' was created based on musical groups and a lifelong career was realized...web design.  A few years later a business developed from his quickly growing skills known as 'Sweet Design'.

From the age of 12 and now at the age of 22, Dustin has been self taught in working with HTML, DHTML, CGI, JAVA, PHP, PEARL, and MySQL databases.  Not only able to use these programming languages, but also the applications that make the sites stand out such as Adobe Photoshop, Flash, Jasc Animation Studio, and Dreamweaver.

In his junior year of high school he was involved in the Sand Creek High School web development program.  Dustin also took CIS (Computer Information Systems) at Lenawee Vocational Center in Adrian Michigan during his junior year.  He studied troubleshooting Windows problems, network problems, and gained better people skills and patience.  During this course, he received his Microsoft Certified Power Point 2000 Certificate and "Work Habits Certificate" for responsibility & dependability, positive attitude, safety, following directions, initiative & effort, efficiency, and cooperation.

Dustin held a Co-Op job at Sand Creek High School's in his Senior year, as their computer technician assistant.  At the school, he was responsible for repairing, setting up, and answering any computer related questions that a student or staff member may have had.  If the solution was not known, every resource would be used to figure out a solution to get the job done.

In the winter of 2002, after taking computer repair, web design, and studying programming and computer repair more in depth, a new business was created called Seventh Design.  Seventh Design was created to give everyone an affordable and high quality solution to their computer or internet needs.

In January of of 2005, the business expanded into web design as well as web hosting. A new name was given, Vermillion Web Studio.

Hosting Background:
I have been providing web design since 1998. At the time I did not provide hosting services so I was forced to refer my clients to non affiliated companies. The level of service that my clients received horrified me.  In 2005 I began offering a superior hosting service to my clients. Our Network:
The datacenter is located in Houston, Texas and is staffed 24/7/365. There are multiple OC48 SONET fiber rings that provide basic connectivity to eight access carriers. The datacenter is completely redundant, including a 2200 gallon backup diesel generator. There are over 580 smoke detectors throughout the 35,000 square foot facility, with a VESDA contaminate system.
